Modern Day Heroes

    Who are the persons that would sacrifice even their own lives just to raise their children well. so that they will be respected individuals when the time will come? Who would choose to work hard without even giving time for their selves just to give us quality education. Who do you think they are? They are none other than our parents.

    Right from the day we are born, they gave us love,care and guidance that we need and up to now they still continue to guide us in every path we wish to take. And as long as they can, they will never say no in everything that we need or want. There might be times that they get mad to us but it will surely be beneficial for us because no parents wish to see their children suffer.

    Heroes are not only known for their super-strength, they can also be the one that help us in every way that they could. Considering all these things that they've done they could surely be considered the heroes of our modern days. They might not be popular like the heroes that we know, but they can be better than them.

"Wika Natin ang Daang Matuwid"

   Every year, Philippines is always celebrating the "Buwan ng Wika" Iloko, Pangasinense, Cebuano, Boholano. There are just some of the many languages that we are using right now in the Philippines. Language is a system of communication used in a particular country or region.

    Ani nga ni Gat Jose Rizal, ang hindi magmahal sasariling wika ay higit pa sa malansa at mabahong isda. Sinasabi na dapat nating mahalin angating wika dahil ito ang daan upang maipagmalaki natin ito. Huwag nating ikahiya kong ano man tayo, kundi paunlarin pa natin ito. Mahalin natin ang ating sariling wika kahit yan lang ang maibibigay natin sa ating bansa.

    All dialects that we are using symbolizes the culture we are from. We can make cooperation for our place in just using our language.

Nutrition Month Celebration

         Gutom at malnutrisyon sama-sama nating wakasan.

          Every year we are celebrationg the Nutrition Month. The National Nutrition Council leads the whole nation in the celebration, purposely to disseminate nutrition message to all. Filipinos through focal them. These aim to increase the awareness on hunger issues.
       
         POVERTY is the state of one who lacks a certain amount of material possessions or money. Poverty was considered largely unavoidable as traditional modes of production were insufficient to give an entire population a comfortable standard living. STARVATION is a severe deficiency in calorie, energy, nutrient, and vitamin intake. It is the most extreme form of malnutrition. When this two impact together on your body will become very weak. And it might cause some severe disease.
         
         We must take good care of our body to become healthy and more progressive.

Letter to President

June 28, 2013

Mr. President,

Greetings!.

       Before anything else, I would like to congratulate you for what you have done in our country for the previous years.

        Thank You for making our country a better nation. You are the key to improve our country.But, I think there is something to be implement so that our country will be more progressive. You must implement the peace in our country between the other country. There must a peace between us.

        Please sir do your promises last election so that some people will not bring their lives in poverty. Do your obligations and responsibilities to us. That's all sir.
